In January 2011, the Worldwatch Institute and German think tank adelphi partnered to create Connected, a semi-annual newsletter that examines from a transatlantic perspective issues pertaining to climate and energy.
 
Among other topics, this fourth installment looks at the strategy the rest of the world is using to tackle climate change, the potential of wind energy, and the establsihment of the International Carbon Action Partnership (ICAP). For a full list, see the Table of Contents.
