Darcey is a communications professional who has worked with private, governmental and non-profit organizations to communicate a diversity of issues among media, investors, policy-makers, and the general public. Prior to joining Worldwatch, Darcey worked with Nora Pouillon, chef and owner of Restaurant Nora, and the Embassy of Ethiopia in Washington, D.C. Before coming to D.C., Darcey worked in New York at an investment bank and public relations firm.

In addition to her broad communications background, Darcey is a trained holistic health counselor and graduate of the Institute for Integrative Nutrition in New York City.

Darcey graduated from Vassar College with a bachelor's degree in Political Science.
