Kimberly Rogovin is Development Assistant and Assistant to the President at the Worldwatch Institute. Prior to joining Worldwatch, Kimberly worked as a consultant at the Society for International Development (SID) in Washington, D.C. Additionally, she has researched the role of think tanks as a tool for democratization at the Foreign Policy Research Institute in Philadelphia and coordinated an international cultural-exchange program at the Institute for Cultural Diplomacy in Berlin. Kimberly spent a semester abroad in Vienna, Austria, studying the German language and Austrian philosophy.
Kimberly is passionate about a career in international development in the non-profit sector. In addition to her work in fundraising and outreach at Worldwatch, she is currently taking graduate classes at the Paul H. Nitze School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS) at Johns Hopkins University. She plans to work with civil society organizations focused on poverty and human rights issues in developing countries. Kimberly holds a B.A. in International Relations and Philosophy from Syracuse University in New York.
