The Marketing intern will support Worldwatch publication marketing efforts with 75% time focused on revenue-generating activities and 25% on reporting and other administrative tasks.
The Worldwatch Institute, a
global research and publishing organization that focuses on environmental,
social, and development issues, is looking for a Communications Intern to assist
in administrative and writing tasks related to the Institute's communications
and outreach efforts.
This position will develop and direct the Institute's Vital Signs Online global trends service, which tracks at least 25 key global indicators of sustainability. Responsibilities include research, content development, coordinating the work of staff and non-staff authors, and ensuring quality oversight of the development and maintenance of a unique, online, subscription-based trends product.
The
Worldwatch Institute seeks a graduate or qualified college level intern, starting
as soon as possible, to assist the Institute's Energy Team with research,
analysis and writing related to energy and climate change. The ideal candidate
will be available to work 20-40 hours per week for a three month term, with
possibility for extension through the summer months.
Worldwatch Institute seeks summer interns to support its extensive research,
writing and outreach program from approximately late May through mid-August,
with timing and hours flexible.
