Meghan Nicholson is Development Assistant and Assistant to the President at the Worldwatch Institute, where she works on individual donor fundraising initiatives including special events, direct mail, major donor stewardship, and prospect research.

Prior to joining Worldwatch, Meghan worked as Development Coordinator at the Environmental Leadership Program, a leadership development organization working to diversify the U.S. environmental movement. She also served as public relations intern at the Foundation for Appalachian Ohio, where she advocated the group's mission to foster access to opportunity for the 29 counties in the region. Meghan holds a Bachelor's of Science in Journalism from Ohio University, with a specialization in business administration. She enjoys reading, travelling, tennis, and cooking.
